Rose believes that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in connection, collaboration, and compassionate support. Her approach is centered on creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore the unique complexities of their lives. She is committed to fostering a safe, nonjudgmental, and individualized space that encourages open dialogue, self-discovery, and meaningful personal growth.

Rose works with individuals navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. She partners with clients to uncover the underlying factors contributing to their struggles while helping them build the tools and resilience needed to heal, grow, and thrive.

Her therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Rose draws from Relational, Person-Centered, and Empowerment-Based approaches while incorporating Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. This combination allows her to help clients deepen self-awareness, gain valuable insight, and develop practical skills for lasting emotional well-being.

With a multicultural and culturally responsive perspective, Rose recognizes the important role that identity, culture, and systemic influences play in shaping each person's mental health and lived experience. Whether helping clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, cultivate self-compassion, strengthen emotional resilience, or practice grounding techniques, her goal is to empower them to build a deeper connection with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
