I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s grounded in connection, support, and collaboration. My philosophy as a psychotherapist is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore the unique
complexities of your life. I foster a space that is judgment-free, safe, and individualized, that promotes open conversation, clarity, and genuine growth.

I work with individuals navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence struggles, life transitions, and identity experiences.
Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop tools to move forward, heal, and thrive.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from Relational, Person-Centered, and Empowerment-Based practices. I also incorporate Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and
mindfulness-based techniques to support the development of deeper self-awareness, insight, and practical skills.

I bring a multicultural lens to my work, honoring the ways in which identity, culture, and systemic structures shape mental health and lived experience. Whether we’re examining thought patterns, cultivating self-compassion, or practicing grounding
techniques, my objective is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change and resilience.
