Rachel is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and valued member of the leadership team at Social Butterflies Psychotherapy. In addition to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy, she is dedicated to mentoring clinicians and supporting the continued growth and excellence of the practice.

Rachel believes that while struggling with mental health can feel overwhelming, no one should have to face those challenges alone. She works collaboratively with clients to understand the root causes of their concerns, foster healing, and develop healthier ways of coping, relating to others, and navigating life's challenges.

She provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their inner world with honesty and confidence. Rachel works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and relationship.

Rachel is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment for trauma, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach she primarily utilizes when working with couples. She also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory into treatment to provide personalized, holistic care.

Her clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns. Rachel is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change while empowering them to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
