I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from Touro University in spring 2024. Prior to this, I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Adelphi University. Fluent in both Russian and English, I strive to create a warm and inclusive environment for my clients.

I am committed to fostering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and work towards their goals. Recognizing the significance of cultural context and societal influences, I strive to integrate these factors into our therapeutic journey.

 

Outside of my work, I find joy in long walks and reading. I firmly believe that investing in oneself is a key to personal growth.
