Michaela was born and raised in Northern Vermont and earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Vermont in 2017. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Simmons University and is working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

As part of her clinical training, Michaela is completing her internship with Social Butterflies Psychotherapy and will be actively immersed in her clinical experience through Fall 2026.

 

Michaela is dedicated to understanding the unique perspectives and experiences that shape each individual’s life. Her approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are, using a person-centered framework that prioritizes empathy, respect, and collaboration. She looks forward to working alongside clients to explore therapeutic approaches that best support their individual needs and personal growth.
