MHC-LP

Leslie is a bilingual Mental Health Counselor fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and completed advanced clinical training through Long Island University’s Continuing Education Mental Health Counseling program.
She works with clients of all ages across individual and couples modalities. Her clinical focus encompasses life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and parenting challenges, anger management, and behavioral issues.
Grounding her practice in a holistic philosophy, she views the mind and body as deeply connected, believing that healing occurs naturally when the mind reaches a state of stillness and balance. Through thorough assessment, she guides clients toward aligning their thoughts and emotions to promote true emotional and physical well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, and practicing self-care through acupuncture and massage. She is also a passionate animal lover.
