Jessica is a mental health clinician at Social Butterflies Psychotherapy who provides counseling services in both English and Spanish. She is passionate about helping individuals identify and overcome the barriers that may be preventing them from living the fulfilling lives they desire. Jessica approaches each client with compassion, empathy, encouragement, and genuine care, creating a therapeutic environment where healing and growth can flourish.
Jessica is deeply committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their stories and embracing vulnerability. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted.
Her therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each client's unique needs. Jessica has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.
