Janelle Eykin
LMSW

Janelle is an empowerment-focused clinician dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where individuals can feel heard, valued, and understood. As a former educator and now a Licensed Social Worker, she brings a unique perspective to her work and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University.
Janelle believes that therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" experience. She takes a person-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her clinical work incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, postpartum support, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
She also values the use of a narrative approach, helping clients recognize that they are not defined by their struggles or challenges. Instead, she empowers individuals to view themselves as resilient people actively working through life's experiences and creating meaningful change.
