Brianna Mir
MHC-LP

Brianna is a provisionally licensed therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients can navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, adverse life experiences, and trauma-informed care. She earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Touro University in May 2024.
Brianna believes that therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Through compassion, empathy, and genuine connection, she helps clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen their sense of empowerment, gain greater insight into themselves, and create positive, lasting changes in their lives.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every client brings a unique set of experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy. Brianna integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches to develop a personalized treatment experience for each client.
Above all, Brianna strives to provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace, discover their strengths, and feel supported as they move toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.
