MHC Intern

Rodushi Ahmed is a Mental Health Counseling Intern at Brooklyn College who approaches therapy from a client-centered lens. She takes an integrative approach to support clients in exploring their individual experiences and goals. Her priority is to meet clients where they are and create a nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable being themselves.
Rodushi views therapy as a collaborative process and brings curiosity and compassion to each session. She works alongside clients as they navigate their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life transitions, while supporting them in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
Rodushi recognizes the important role that identity and lived experiences play in shaping how individuals understand themselves and the world around them. As someone with a multicultural background, she values the importance of feeling seen and represented in the therapeutic space.
Her goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity.
